The adjective in the title is intended to suggest homology and modules. Joyal's idea to prove things about the homology of classical groups, using a universal homological functor as presented in my last ACS talk, has led me to various ideas for an objective version that I think have reached a reasonable stage for a talk. I am keen to have feedback.
